Immediate opening for an Office and Accounting Manager

The Office and Accounting Manager has responsibility to support Management and general business operations including reporting, data entry, auditing of information for invoicing, human resources and payroll, and facility/technician scheduling. Will facilitate in the development of office policies and procedures, and special projects as assigned. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, be extremely detail oriented, proven ability to handle high volume of data entry, be flexible, dependable, and highly self directed. Office hours are flexible with availability for on call rotations.

Support all functions required for business operations. Responsible for facilitating many aspects of office operations, including spreadsheet management, tracking /ordering inventory and scheduling. Assist with employee time tracking. Responsible for input and maintenance of information to facilitate hospital billing, inventory tracking/ordering, generation of reports for corporate use. Verify technician case paperwork, input case and billing information into spreadsheets. Share periodic rotation for off-hours emergency calls to organize hospital scheduling and technician response. Provide a high level of customer service for clients and technicians via phone and email. Assist in the generation of special reports and projects for facilities Other duties as required.

  • Minimum of 3 year relevant office management/administrative experience.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in various software systems including Microsoft Office Quick Books and ADP. Advanced Excel skills required
  • Completes assignments with a high degree of accuracy while working in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to multi-task, evaluate and audit reports, and process high volume of data entry while working in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Exercises good judgment, demonstrates sound decision-making skills and handles confidential information in an appropriate and professional manner.
  • Ability to work both in team and independent situations.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing situations and responsibilities.
  • Effective interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills while being responsive to client and employees inquiries.
